Inside AISD, Austin ISD’s original monthly television program highlighting district programs, events, and staff will premier the second episode of its third season at 6:30pm Thursday October 2, 2014.
Lanier High School senior Katiana McClellan hosts.
Inside AISD airs on AISD TV Ch. 22 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am as well as being posted on-line at aisdtv.blogspot.com.

National Bullying Prevention Month October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Austin ISD is dedicated to providing a positive school climate and believes that all students have the right to learn in an environment free of harassment, bullying and violence.
Pride Week Austin ISD is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for LGBT students and staff. AISD proudly recognized Pride Week and hosted two events.
Band Jamboree Austin ISD high school marching bands displayed their talent at the 42nd annual Marching Band Jamboree.
Mazda Motorsports STEM Visits Mazda professionals hosted a cool real-world engineering event at Bowie and Akins high schools.
Wooldridge Elementary School Makeover More than 850 community members worked together to beautify Wooldridge Elementary School.
Creative Learning Initiative Training Vertical teams participated in professional development through the Creative Learning Initiative. Applications for joining CLI are available and the deadline to apply is January 30, 2015.
Vision + Voice Celebration Reception AISD and Austin Community College collaborated to launch the Vision + Voice poetry contest. This collaboration was honored at The Vision + Voice Celebration Reception which featured student poetry readings and the poster gallery of the winning poems.
Teacher Profile: Lauren Mikulencak Physical Education Teacher Lauren Mikulencak supports the health of students, staff and families through physical fitness at Pillow Elementary School.
Texas American Indian Heritage Day Texas American Indian Heritage Day recognized the historic, cultural, and social contribution American Indian communities have made to the state of Texas.
