If there was a Mount Rushmore for college footbal coaches, Bobby Bowden of Florida State University would be on it.  He is a Hall of Famer and two-time National Champion, ranking second on the NCAA's all-time win list.  But today, his biggest foe is diabetes, a leading cause of blindness, amputations and heart disease.
