AISD-TV is now available on AT&T U-verse®, TV Channel 99. Requirements for AISD and with help from the City of Austin, have been completed to make this possible.
From Elizabeth Lopez for AT&T, "I wanted to let you know that we were successful with live turn-up of the Austin Public Channels and the Austin ISD Channel on December 8th 2011. Your programming will be delivered to AT&T U-verse TV subscribers via Channel 99."
Please note that AISD-TV is not able to monitor the channel on the U-verse system and will not be able to address technical problems. AT&T uses the Windows Media platform for input to the channel and does not provide a feed back to us for monitoring purposes.
Again from Elizabeth Lopez for AT&T, "If a resident or subscriber of U-verse has technical problems accessing these channels, they should be directed to call AT&T U-verse Technical Support. Technical support for residential subscribers is available 24 x 7 at 1-800-288-2020. Please indicate "Technical Support" when asked for the reason of your call."
