New Episode!, Inside AISD




Inside AISD, Austin ISD’s original monthly television program highlighting district programs, events and staff will premier the third episode of its third season at 6:30pm Thursday November 6, 2014.

Crockett High School senior Bobbie Greenough hosts.


Inside AISD airs on AISD TV Ch. 22 every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am. The current episode is posted on the main AISD webpage at austinisd.org. All episodes are posted on the AISD-TV blog at aisd.tv.

ESA Digital Living Project Celebration
Mendez Middle School students earned certificates in digital literacy through the ESA Digital Living Project.

Across the district, students, staff and the community celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month.

Covington Middle School teacher Shirley Hartmann recently accepted the Jane Nethercut Award for Excellence in Philanthropy Education.

AISD radio shows inform our community about the Austin Independent School District. Breaking Down The Barriers, hosted by AISD’s Terry Russell, airs on KAZI FM 88.7. AISD staffers Perla Delgado and Norma Garza Mittanck host Educa Austin, AISD’s Spanish language radio show. Educa Austin airs on Radio Mujer 95.1 FM.

Oak Hill Elementary Grants
