NOTE: As of September 28, 2011, the Meet the Author show will not air live due to a programming preemption. AISD-TV will instead air live the Joint Austin City Council, Travis County Comissioners and AISD Board of Trustees Joint Subcommittee Meeting. We will re-schedule the show and announce the scheduled times here on the blog.
Students are encouraged to participate in the September 30 Meet the Author program by submitting questions to Carmen Agra Deedy about The Cheshire Cheese Cat: A Dickens of a Tale, the writing process, becoming a writer—whatever is on their minds.
Students may submit their questions on line. Or they may submit questions via U.S. mail or fax with the down-loadable PDF form. Please submit questions by September 20. If we use your student(s) question(s), we will send your class a book autographed by Carmen Agra Deedy.
